Age restrictions   
 
Relentless Freeze festival is an all ages event, however anyone under the age of 16 (not inclusive) must be accompanied by an adult of 18 years of age or older. Child tickets are available at a cheaper price for 8 - 13 year olds. See details below:

Adult/ child ticket breakdown
- 7 years of age or younger are able to enter the event free.
- 8 - 13 years of age must purchase a child ticket.
- 14 years of age and older must purchase an adult ticket.
 

 
Travel 
 
Relentless Freeze festival is held at Battersea Power station. The venue is within walking distance from many transport links. Please note we do not have any on site parking.

What to bring 
 
The following items are recommended to bring with you to the festival.
- ID (Challenge 21 is in operation at all bars).
- Cash - there are cash machines on site, but there might be queues.
- Warm coat or jumper, it is winter after all.
- Mobile phone, life is better when your connected we hear.
- Camera.
- Friends, the more the merrier.
 

 
What not to bring  
 

- Alcohol (there are tons of bars at the festival).
- Glass objects.
- Pets.
- Laser pens.
- Drugs, they are illegal.
- Any weapons or items that may be found offensive to others. 
 

 
Site facilities 
 
- Box office is open until 10:00pm each day.
- Cash machines are located on site.
- Catering stands for all tastes.
- Bars are located at various points across the festival site.
- Toilets are dotted around the arena.
- First aid is on site for any information or assistance.
 

Disability information 
 
All disabled customers are welcome at
Relentless Freeze, but as it is a festival site there are sections of the arena that have uneven ground meaning that sometimes, access is difficult. Stewards however, will be around to assist. There is a medical stand on site should you require any assistance or further information.
  
There is a 2 for 1 ticket application in place this year for persons who require a personal carer.  To receive this, please:
- Purchase your ticket as normal.
- Email your name and ticket confirmation with a copy of your DLA letter to freeze@sportsvision.co.uk
- You must be submitted by the 15th October 2010 to recieve the free ticket.
